1. The membership

RAW Brazilian Monthly — $55 per month (Canadian dollars, excluding GST).

Your membership includes:

• One Brazilian Maintenance every month, included in your fee.
• 15% off all other sugaring services — legs, arms, underarms, back, face, bikini (not counting bundles or discounted services)
• 15% off all RAW aftercare products, every visit.
• A birthday gift during your birthday month.
• One 20% discount code each membership year, for a brow or lash service.
• Priority booking in waitlist.

2. Your monthly visit

2.1 Your included Brazilian Maintenance becomes available on your billing date each month.

2.2 If you do not use it, it banks. You may hold a maximum of two banked visits at any time. Once you are holding two, no further visits accrue until you have used one.

2.3 A banked visit can be used on any sugaring service. It is worth $60 toward any service on our sugaring menu — legs, arms, underarms, back, face, bikini. It is not restricted to a Brazilian.

2.4 If the service you choose costs more than $60, your member price applies and your banked visit is deducted from it. You pay the remainder.

2.5 If the service you choose costs less than $60, the banked visit covers it in full. No change is given and no remaining value is carried forward. Where a service costs well under $60, our team will usually suggest you pay at your member price instead and keep the banked visit for something larger.

2.6 Banked visits expire 6 months after the month they were issued.

2.7 Visits have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be transferred, gifted or shared.

3. Billing

3.1 Your first payment is taken on the day you join. That date becomes your billing date each month.

3.2 Payment is by pre-authorised charge to the card you keep on file. You authorise us to charge that card monthly until your membership ends.

3.3 If a payment fails we will retry within 3 business days and contact you. If payment is not received within 10 days, your membership is suspended — no new visits accrue and member pricing pauses, though banked visits are held.

3.4 If payment is not received within 30 days, we may cancel your membership. Clause 4.4 then applies.

3.5 Please keep your card details current.

4. Minimum term and cancellation

4.1 Minimum term. Your membership runs for a minimum of 3 months from your join date. Three payments must be made before you may cancel.

4.2 Cancellation. After the minimum term you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to jennifer@rawbycamila.com or in person. Notice takes effect the day we receive it.

4.3 If a billing date falls within your notice period, that payment is still taken and the corresponding visit is still added to your account. It is yours to use.

4.4 Your banked visits after cancellation. You have 60 days from your final billing date to use any banked visits. Appointments must be completed within that window. After 60 days they expire and have no value.

4.5 We recommend booking your remaining appointments when you give notice, so we can guarantee availability.

4.6 Cancelling within the minimum term. If you need to cancel in the first 3 months for medical reasons, relocation or another significant change in circumstance, please contact us. We handle these case by case and in good faith.

5. Your perks

5.1 Sugaring discount. 15% off all sugaring services other than your included monthly visit, for as long as your membership is active.

5.2 Retail discount. 15% off RAW aftercare on every visit. Does not apply to gift cards or services.

5.3 Birthday gift. One gift during your birthday month, on a paid visit, once per membership year. Please mention it when booking. It cannot be exchanged, deferred to another month, or taken as account value.

5.4 Brow & lash code. One 20% code per membership year for a single brow or lash service. It is unique to you, valid 12 months from issue, single use and non-transferable.

5.5 Priority booking. Members are offered appointments ahead of general release. This does not guarantee a specific time, date or artist.

6. Using your membership

6.1 Member benefits combine with each other. They do not combine with anything else. Your banked visit and your 15% member discount work together — a banked visit is applied to your member price, not the menu price. However, no membership benefit may be combined with an introductory offer, package, voucher, gift card promotion or any other discount. Where an outside offer could also apply, you receive whichever single benefit is greater.

6.2 Nothing is transferable. Visits, codes, gifts and member pricing are for the named member only.

6.3 Late cancellation and no-shows. RAW's standard booking policy applies. A late cancellation or no-show is charged under that policy, and a visit applied to that appointment is not returned.

7. Changes

7.1 We will give at least 30 days' written notice before changing your fee, what is included, or these terms.

7.2 If you do not accept a change you may cancel with 30 days' notice from the date we notify you, and the minimum term will not apply.

7.3 Price lock. Where you have been given a price lock in writing, your fee will not increase for as long as your membership remains continuously active. Ending your membership ends the lock.

8. Suspension or termination by RAW

We may suspend or end a membership where fees remain unpaid (clause 3.4), where these terms are breached — including sharing visits or codes — or in cases of abusive conduct toward our team. Where we end a membership other than for non-payment, clause 4.4 applies to banked visits.

9. General

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.

9.2 Nothing here limits your rights under applicable Alberta consumer protection legislation.

9.3 We handle your personal and payment information in line with our privacy policy and Canadian privacy law.
